Does WeShop AI change your clothing? Logo and design solutions

What to check if WeShop AI changes a logo, print or garment design when replacing a model or scene, and how to organize catalog corrections.

If WeShop AI changes your clothing design, return to the original reference and identify whether the artwork or construction was altered. Changing model, pose or background does not call for redesigning a pocket or seam. Check the entire result after the correction, not only the initial defect.

Choose the workflow for the change you need

WeShop AI presents virtual try-on, fashion model, product photography, pose, background and retouching tools. These are different tasks. Decide what should change and what product elements must remain.

Before review, state the objective: dressing a model, changing a scene or showing another angle. If the request was a background change, altered logo lettering is still a defect. Another pose may change a print's apparent shape through perspective; the pattern must still match the garment.

Do not confuse perspective with redesign

A pocket looks narrower in a three-quarter view than from the front. That does not necessarily make it wrong. Adding a pocket, moving it relative to a seam or removing it changes product information.

Compare each output with the same SKU and variant. For repeated motifs, check scale and the points where they meet seams. A reference that does not show the back cannot validate an otherwise unknown back design.

Organize catalog corrections

Keep the original and questioned version separately. Record the product, view and detail to correct. On receipt of the next version, inspect the whole file: a fixed logo does not automatically approve sleeve length or the print.

Complete production with DELFI

DELFI coordinates physical garments, references, production and final review for your collection. You receive finished photos without having to operate another generation tool.

DELFI combines generative AI with non-generative tools that preserve logos, prints, garment design and fit. By keeping those details instead of generating them again, we avoid the distortion that can come from reinterpreting them.

We correct detected discrepancies before delivery. If a fidelity discrepancy against the agreed product is found afterward, we correct it at no charge.

Frequently asked questions

Does changing the model require changing the garment?

The new body and pose affect how the garment is represented. Approval requires artwork, construction and proportions to remain supported by the product references. You do not need a failed file to discuss a collection with DELFI.

Why does a photo take 1–2 hours, and how do you produce at scale?

A single photo also takes 1–2 hours of computing time, because the non-generative methods take longer to run. That additional work helps preserve product fidelity. Photos are processed in parallel: 100 photos worked on at the same time take approximately 1–2 hours of computing time for the whole batch, not 200 hours. The time does not add up photo by photo. Preparation, review, corrections and delivery are scheduled separately for each collection.
