Does Pic Copilot change logos or prints? How to fix it
Separate garment design from promotional layout, check every export and compare reviewed clothing production when Pic Copilot alters product details.

If Pic Copilot changes a clothing logo or print, separate the promotional layout from the actual garment design. Compare the product with the original and review every exported format. A new template or background does not approve a change to the artwork printed on the SKU.
Identify the task behind the image
Pic Copilot presents virtual try-on, model replacement, backgrounds, templates and other content tools. They do not all affect the same part of a photo. Identify the requested transformation and the elements that should remain.
A product photo's logo must retain its artwork, proportions and placement. The same applies to a promotional image: added banner text can use a different typeface, but text printed on the garment belongs to the product.
Separate product design from communication design
Use two review lists. Product checks cover logos, prints, color, seams, length and fit. Communication checks cover framing, background, promotional text and export format.
Cropping a product card may hide part of a hem without changing it. Generating a different hem alters the garment. This distinction helps specify a correction without unnecessarily recreating the product.
Review the file you will publish
Inspect every format generated from an image. A logo readable at full size may lose detail when reduced. A repeated print may look acceptable from afar but show inconsistencies in a product-page close-up. Keep a clean original reference per SKU and color; a failed result identifies the defect but must not replace it.

Complete production with DELFI
DELFI coordinates physical garments, references, production and final review for your collection. You receive finished photos without having to operate another generation tool.
DELFI combines generative AI with non-generative tools that preserve logos, prints, garment design and fit. By keeping those details instead of generating them again, we avoid the distortion that can come from reinterpreting them.
We correct detected discrepancies before delivery. If a fidelity discrepancy against the agreed product is found afterward, we correct it at no charge.
Frequently asked questions
How can I preserve a logo across several formats?
Start from an approved product image and check every export. Cropping or reduction can affect readability; a generative transformation can change the artwork. Identify which happened before deciding on the correction.
Why does a photo take 1–2 hours, and how do you produce at scale?
A single photo also takes 1–2 hours of computing time, because the non-generative methods take longer to run. That additional work helps preserve product fidelity. Photos are processed in parallel: 100 photos worked on at the same time take approximately 1–2 hours of computing time for the whole batch, not 200 hours. The time does not add up photo by photo. Preparation, review, corrections and delivery are scheduled separately for each collection.
