A correct image is only part of a catalog implementation. You also need to know which garment it represents, who approved it and how it returns to the commercial system. That is a concrete basis for comparing DELFI and Uwear.

What Uwear advertises

Uwear presents Studio, API and integrations, with saved models and art direction. Its enterprise offer can start with physical samples or product photos. It should not be described as exclusively self-service, nor should DELFI be described as the only option handling garments.

Define the boundary of each system

Identify where SKU, variant, reference, version and approval live. An integration must demonstrate your full workflow; API availability alone is not sufficient. Technical, visual and commercial review are different responsibilities.

The DELFI proposal

DELFI offers AI virtual talent and CONCIERGE or CO-MANAGED production through to the agreed final deliverables. It combines proprietary virtual models and licensed digital clones of real celebrities. Logistics, uses and deliverables are defined per project, with a commercial minimum of 50 SKUs. Any specific integration must be confirmed; it cannot be assumed from the service.

In CO-MANAGED, DELFI trains your team to digitize, upload and define styling. Your team addresses the adjustments identified in preproduction; DELFI revalidates before authorizing and producing. Compare CONCIERGE and CO-MANAGED

Example: batch acceptance

For a hypothetical batch, require each file to retain SKU, color, view and version. Follow one correction through to renewed approval. Check that an earlier variant is not published and that a social adaptation does not replace an ecommerce view. This evaluates traceability, not the relative quality of untested providers.

Implementation questions

  • Who prepares and validates initial references?
  • Which casting decisions persist between batches?
  • Where is a rejection documented, and who resolves it?
  • What is delivered if a file is not yet approved?
  • Which internal work and operating costs remain outside the proposal?

A commercial comparison needs equivalent scope and denominators. Sales require a separate analysis after publication; successful integration alone does not prove conversion uplift.

Continue with large-batch planning and solutions when Uwear changes the logo or fit.

Sources and scope of this comparison
