DELFI vs Pic Copilot: product tasks and collection delivery

Pic Copilot and DELFI may enter different stages of a brand’s workflow. Separate an editing or generation task from the commitment to deliver a collection with defined talent, direction and review.

The tools Pic Copilot presents

Its site brings together virtual try-on, background and model changes, product photography and short fashion-video formats. Those capabilities do not establish that an output automatically meets your brand guide or publication requirements.

Build a delivery matrix, not a feature list

For a garment, document each destination’s needs:

• Product page: views that explain construction, color and fit.
• Category listing: framing and scale consistent with adjacent products.
• Social channels: destination-specific composition without invented garment attributes.
• Video: product and movement continuity, as well as export format.

Identify which tasks the tool handles and which remain with the team. A format adaptation is not a new product view unless it actually shows one.

Example: one photo does not always serve three channels

Imagine a trouser-and-shirt look. A social crop can work visually while hiding the hem needed on the trouser product page. Another view may be preferable to further cropping. This is a planning example, not a defect observed in Pic Copilot.

A DELFI commission
