DELFI provides managed AI fashion photo production, from garments to approved final files. Scope is defined for your collection: which products to show, which talent to use, which formats to deliver and how the work will be reviewed.

CONCIERGE or CO-MANAGED: who prepares the collection

CONCIERGE is DELFI's turnkey service: we collect garments, digitize them and manage the process from start to finish. It suits brands that want to delegate the operation of a large collection; logistics coverage is confirmed by location.

In CO-MANAGED, we train your team to photograph each garment following DELFI's guide, upload it to the platform and build looks. Your team selects models, poses and settings from the available options. DELFI reviews preproduction: if issues are found, it explains what to correct; your team adjusts and DELFI revalidates before authorizing and running production.

This review catches errors before they multiply across the collection, reducing rework, costs and delays. CO-MANAGED works remotely, including in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Chile. Quotes depend on the mode and collection; for photography, you pay for approved photos, not generated ones.

One DELFI service, a defined scope

The production minimum is 50 SKUs. Deliverables are agreed for the collection: two views per SKU and a production that also includes video have different scopes, without implying separate brands or commercial tiers. You pay for approved photos, not generated photos.

DELFI combines generative AI with non-generative tools that preserve logos, prints, garment design and fit. By keeping those details instead of generating them again, we avoid the distortion that can come from reinterpreting them.

A single photo also takes 1–2 hours of compute time because non-generative methods take longer to run. That additional work helps preserve product fidelity. Photos are processed in parallel: 100 photos processed at once take approximately 1–2 hours of compute time for the batch, not 200 hours. Time is not added photo by photo. Compute time starts after DELFI approves preproduction. Training, preparation, review, corrections and delivery are scheduled separately for each collection.

Talent and rights

DELFI works with virtual models backed by registered proprietary intellectual property and licensed digital clones: digital versions of real human models for agreed uses. Talent selection responds to the collection’s audience and direction.

A proposal you can review

Before production, identify deliverables and who validates each stage. Separate compute time from preparation, review and delivery. If the number of views, video requirements or intended uses changes, update that scope in the proposal.
