- How do you check color, fabric, fit and detail?

- How is the first reference approved?
- How are corrections recorded?
- What does human review include?
- Which views and formats do you deliver per SKU?
- How do you organize variants and filenames?
- What happens if a garment or reference is defective?
- How are photos and video quoted?
- Which rights and uses need confirmation?
- Which cases can you attribute and contextualize?
- What schedule, dependencies and owners do you propose?
Request deliverable examples and a scope record: included, excluded, owner and evidence. Do not use approval rates or volume promises unless the supplier documents its method and denominator.
